1. SHIPPING METHODS
We are associated with the delivery unit, the product will be delivered by air or by road (Depending on the product, order and arrangement of the delivery unit).
2. SHIPPING FEES
- Field of Art + Furniture:
+ Free delivery within Hanoi city.
+ For customers in the suburbs of Hanoi and provinces across the country, free shipping is not available. Because products have different sizes, orders have different quantities, different delivery locations, the shipping fee will depend on the above factors. We will update the shipping fee with the delivery unit, after receiving the customer's order and reporting the specific cost to you. Fees will be added according to the total order.
3. SHIPPING TIME
- For the inner Hanoi area, delivery time is from 01 working day, since the system confirmed via sms/email.
- For customers in other provinces, delivery time is about 03 - 05 working days, since the system confirmed via sms/email.
Note:
+ If there is an order, or other request, the time will be longer.
+ The above time does not include Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
The above delivery time is only estimated time.
+ The time may be earlier or longer depending on the location of your delivery, some objective conditions are beyond our control such as: Bad weather, damaged transportation, unfavorable traffic conditions, problems in the process of exporting goods.
+ In case of delay in delivery, we will notify the customer.
4. MAXIMUM DELIVERY TIMES
- Orders can be delivered at most 1 time.
- When the order is delivered to the receiving location, the staff will contact the customer, if the customer does not receive the goods at the first contact, the shipping staff will contact the customer 2 times 3 times. After 3 contact times If the customer does not receive the order, the order will be cancelled.
5. CHECK ORDER STATUS
Once your order is processed, LEHAIS staff will provide the bill of lading number. You can easily check the route of your customer's order by calling or checking the code on the carrier's system.
6. CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS WHEN RECEIVED
Customers are allowed to check orders and products before making payment, according to the following inspection steps:
- You can check the packaging status of the order.
- Open product inspection orders.
+ If the product does not match the information on the website (or according to the order placed), the customer returns the order to the shipping staff at that time. Products and customer orders will be processed and re-delivered in the next delivery.
+ If the product is damaged, the customer returns the order to the shipping staff at that time and immediately contact us for support. When the product is too damaged, you can exchange it for another product of the same price.
(Note: In this case, the customer will not pay the shipping fee for the next communication).
